Ford 7.3 Powerstroke no start hot, long crank

https://youtu.be/P9Ol4r4jREk

How a failed fuel injector seal on a 7.3 Power Stroke diesel engine caused a no start hot, long crank. The dual ICP test were within 1 of a volt at all times. That normal variance between sensors fooled the technician and caused the replacement or warranty out of a pump that was done a few months back. They also tried a known good IPR valve and jumped the IPR valve. After removing the valve covers, the obvious cause became apparent.
